Religion is reaching out
of the soul towards what is convinced to be god. Without religious education good education is not possible . It governs every
aspect of individual and social life . It is religion which denounces certain deeds as sinful . The awe or fear of eternal
punishment does not permit people to commit sin .
Religion is intimately bound up with the formation of character.
Religious and moral instruction is necessary for an all round development of personality.
